Requirements
- Have a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
- Have 2+ years of professional experience in object-oriented programming on a product.
- Have web development experience using component-based JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks, such as React.
- Understand fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Have strong knowledge of relational databases.
- Be able to work and make decisions independently.
- Experience with trunk-based development and continuous delivery in cloud environments such as AWS and Vercel is a plus.
- Experience automating processes with AI and using AI coding agents in a workflow is a bonus.
- Salesforce ISV experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the Salesforce platform and cloud-native stack.
- Review proposed solutions and ensure implemented software meets business objectives over the long term.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of tier 3 support.
- Design and ship new features across existing and emerging products.
- Participate in monthly spike days, pairing with teammates to build projects.
