Have 5+ years of experience in software development and application support.
Have strong experience with Java and REST API development.
Have experience with JavaScript and modern web application development practices.
Have experience developing and consuming RESTful services.
Know software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
Have experience with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting complex applications.
Have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Have experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software components throughout the software development lifecycle.
Develop and enhance Java/Scala-based REST APIs based on technical designs and business requirements.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to identify design gaps and implement functionality improvements.
Build, configure, and support scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks and tools.
Create and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Support application deployments, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
