Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in full stack software development.
- Have strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and TypeScript.
- Have experience with backend services using Node.js or Python.
- Understand RESTful services, relational databases, API design, and software development best practices.
- Be able to write maintainable, scalable, secure, and well-tested code.
- Have experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments and agile engineering teams.
- Be comfortable working in a distributed, async-first environment.
- Have experience with SaaS or enterprise environments preferred.
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth and SSO, is a plus.
- Familiarity with internationalization (i18n), role-based access control, or GDPR compliance is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS, global payroll, workforce management, compliance-driven platforms, or AI-enabled SaaS products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core platform features across the frontend and backend.
- Contribute to technical decisions about architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, standups, and other engineering activities.
- Optimize platform performance, security, and data integrity.
- Identify and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
- Contribute ideas to improve platform usability, automation, engineering workflows, and developer experience.
