Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of marketing experience, including hands-on campaign management and execution.
- Demonstrate experience executing integrated, cross-channel, or omnichannel marketing campaigns from kickoff through deployment.
- Have B2B marketing experience.
- Bring strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Have hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable systems.
- Understand how multiple marketing channels work together in an integrated campaign strategy.
- Apply strong attention to detail when configuring, deploying, testing, and quality-checking campaigns.
- Be able to drive execution from an established strategy or campaign brief while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Be comfortable working with campaign performance data and marketing metrics.
- Bring organization, initiative, and an execution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns across email, paid digital, organic/social, content, webinars, ABM, and other channels.
- Translate campaign strategies and briefs into timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple campaigns from kickoff through launch, identifying blockers and resolving execution issues.
- Build, deploy, and monitor campaign components in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with demand generation, content, product marketing, design, sales, and other partners on campaign deliverables.
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling, and tracking.
- Conduct pre-launch quality assurance on links, forms, lists, tracking, formatting, creative, and customer experience.
- Maintain the shared campaign calendar and sequence activities across channels.
- Monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and organize performance data for reporting, analysis, and optimization.
- Improve campaign processes, templates, documentation, and workflows; support event and webinar execution when needed.
