Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of professional experience in the healthcare domain and familiarity with healthcare technology environments and enterprise application needs.
- Have extensive hands-on Appian platform experience, including application architecture and development.
- Have experience with enterprise integration and automation.
- Bring experience with Snowflake, AWS, DynamoDB, Big Data technologies, and scalable data architecture.
- Be able to design and implement cloud-based and hybrid-cloud solutions using modern application architecture patterns.
- Have significant experience with enterprise integrations, application modernization, and large-scale application development initiatives.
- Have experience leading technical teams and providing architectural direction across complex enterprise technology programs.
- Have a background implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Know cloud governance and enterprise architecture principles, and align technical solutions with security and organizational standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using Appian.
- Provide technical leadership across Appian development, enterprise application integration, automation, and modernization.
- Design scalable application and data architectures for cloud-based and hybrid environments using AWS, Snowflake, DynamoDB, and Big Data platforms.
- Develop integration frameworks, automation solutions, and modernization strategies.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into secure, scalable architectural solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Guide DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
- Support cloud governance and ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and technology standards.
- Lead and mentor technical teams across architecture, development, integration, modernization, and Appian best practices.
