Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience, including 3 or more years in relevant analytics roles.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
- Have experience with structured datasets such as DRG, Symphony, IQVIA and McKesson.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have experience in pharma or life-science consulting or analytics agencies.
- Have exposure to real-world evidence sources, including EHR/EMR and CMS datasets.
- Understand line-of-therapy frameworks, treatment guidelines and market-access structures.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Understanding of data modeling and statistical techniques is preferred.
- Client-facing experience translating analytics into business insights is preferred.
- Therapy-area familiarity in oncology, immunology or rare diseases is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute analytics projects focused on patient journeys, line-of-therapy mapping and brand analytics.
- Analyze structured claims and patient datasets, including DRG, IQVIA, McKesson and Symphony claims.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to assess treatment patterns, pathways and utilization.
- Support HEOR/HCRU analyses, including prevalence, burden, incidence and cost-of-illness studies.
- Develop and present client-facing insights using dashboards, PowerPoint and visual analytics.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and pipelines, and use Excel and Python for automation and analysis.
- Collaborate with HEOR, market-access, strategy and engineering teams and communicate project approach, timelines and execution with stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, documentation and reproducibility.
- Manage workload independently, communicate progress and drive project delivery.
