Requirements
- Have 9+ years of experience.
- Bring strong experience with Databricks.
- Have strong Apache Spark/PySpark and SQL skills.
- Have strong data engineering fundamentals.
- Have experience designing data pipelines or data platforms.
- Have experience with Lakehouse, data warehouse, or big data architecture.
- Have experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bring customer-facing or consulting experience.
- Have architecture and design experience.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers as a trusted technical advisor.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable data architectures.
- Design and implement modern Lakehouse and Data + AI architectures using Databricks.
- Develop and guide POCs, technical workshops, and architecture demonstrations.
- Design scalable data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines.
- Support data migration and modernization initiatives.
- Integrate Databricks with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, reliability, and data pipeline issues.
- Create reference architectures, technical documentation, and implementation guidance.
- Support production deployment and adoption of Databricks solutions.
