Requirements
- 18+ years of enterprise technology experience with significant exposure to the Insurance domain.
- Deep understanding of core Insurance processes, including policy administration, underwriting, and claims.
- Strong expertise in microservices, API-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Extensive knowledge of data architecture, analytics ecosystems, data governance, security, and privacy.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Experience designing scalable, highly available, and performance-focused technology platforms.
- Proven experience architecting reusable product platforms.
- Experience with Insurance product platforms, SaaS solutions, or multi-tenant digital products.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into architecture strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the target architecture and technology vision for the Insurance product suite.
- Establish scalable, configurable, reusable, and multi-tenant product architecture models.
- Drive API-first, microservices-based, and cloud-native architectural principles across product development.
- Own the enterprise integration blueprint and define scalable integration patterns for Insurance products.
- Define product-level data architecture and models supporting configurable reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
- Define cloud-native architecture patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, automation, and event streaming, to enhance product platforms.
- Partner with Product Management to shape product roadmaps based on architectural strategy.
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with technical positioning, solution demonstrations, and architecture storytelling.
