Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of experience providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.
- Manage a high volume of responsibilities independently with limited supervision.
- Apply strong judgment and problem-solving skills to competing priorities and time-sensitive situations.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with senior executives, clients, investors, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Have expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with workplace technology and end-user solutions.
- Adapt priorities quickly, switch between tasks, and respond appropriately to urgent requests.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and an executive office in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
- Be willing to travel and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate locations when business needs require.
- Complete the required HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in professional interactions and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, resolve conflicts, prioritize commitments, and keep schedules aligned with organizational priorities.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, track action items, and follow through on commitments.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, retreats, and executive team activities.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including executive leaders, employees, clients, and partners.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, expenses, and responses to time-sensitive travel changes.
- Support executive-level projects through planning, presentation preparation, initiative tracking, and administrative coordination.
- Provide event management and hospitality support for conferences, leadership events, company activities, and executive engagements.
- Identify process improvements and use emerging technologies, including AI, to improve operational effectiveness.
