4+ years of professional experience in implementation, product operations, technical account management, or client delivery.
Proven ability to personally drive work from ambiguity to completion.
Technical fluency to reason about APIs, SDKs, integrations, configuration, and data.
Practical AI fluency, specifically regarding production AI workflows, prompts, and failure modes.
Experience in team leadership, including setting standards and driving results through others.
Strong evidence-based decision-making skills with the ability to balance client impact against quality and speed.
Capability to operate independently in high-growth, remote-first environments.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve blockers quickly.

Manage client-facing products and AI-enabled services from configuration and onboarding through rollout to daily operation.
Develop project plans by defining ownership, dependencies, risks, and criteria for success.
Maintain and monitor AI-enabled services post-launch, implementing checks to identify output drift or service weaknesses.
Investigate and reproduce technical issues, framing well-defined problems for Engineering teams rather than simple escalation.
Communicate project progress and constraints clearly to clients to maintain confidence.
Direct and mentor junior team members, providing clear standards and feedback.
Utilize AI tools for documentation, QA, and reporting, while establishing playbooks and automation to improve subsequent cycles.
