Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, digital products, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of web products and modern software development.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical product requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in market and competitor research.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience coordinating and managing tasks across design and developer teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, WordPress, web applications, APIs, and digital marketplaces.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent products and shifting priorities.
- Strong documentation and professional communication skills.
- Proven commercial judgment and product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Research global marketplace demand, trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
- Develop product concepts, positioning, feature sets, and roadmaps.
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements and functional specifications.
- Coordinate UI/UX, development, QA, and documentation teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize features and maintain backlogs based on commercial potential and development effort.
- Define MVP scope, release milestones, and launch strategies for marketplaces like ThemeForest and CodeCanyon.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive product updates and extensions.
- Establish repeatable product development processes for the new department.
