Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, product operations, technical account management, or client delivery roles.
- Proven track record of taking work from ambiguity to a real outcome.
- Strong judgment in decision-making with incomplete information.
- Technical aptitude to reason about APIs, SDKs, integrations, configuration, and data.
- Practical AI fluency, understanding production AI workflows including prompts, failure modes, and review processes.
- Ability to direct people and hold standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing ownership or weak evidence.
- Ability to manage progress independently without waiting for instructions.
Responsibilities
- Take products and initiatives from ambiguous brief through configuration, onboarding, testing, rollout, and adoption to reliable day-to-day operation.
- Turn requests into a plan with owners, dependencies, and risks, then manage execution by removing blockers and directing team members.
- Own AI-enabled services post-launch, including monitoring prompts, inputs, outputs, and dependencies, and building checks to prevent drift.
- Investigate technical issues by reproducing problems, checking configuration, and framing them clearly for Engineering.
- Maintain client confidence by managing expectations and translating delivery learnings into actionable product requirements.
- Lead junior team members by providing context, setting standards, and providing direct feedback.
- Utilize AI tools for documentation, QA, and reporting while maintaining responsibility for the validation of results and process optimization.
