Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience with Change Management (GMUD) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and service management workflows.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT service governance.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, coordinating stakeholders, and aligning multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Knowledge of operational risk management and control processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple changes simultaneously.
  • Analytical and critical-thinking skills for risk assessment and process recommendations.
  • Clear, objective communication skills with negotiation and stakeholder-influence capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, particularly in critical operational scenarios.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (plus).
  • Experience with ServiceNow, GLPI, or Jira Service Management (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Change Management (GMUD) process, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, governance standards, and ITIL practices.
  • Review the quality of change requests registered in ITSM tools and validate business and technical impact, risks, implementation plans, and rollback strategies.
  • Classify changes by criticality and manage the corporate change calendar to identify scheduling conflicts and operational risks.
  • Organize and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and document all decisions, approvals, and conditions.
  • Monitor approved changes through execution and ensure all records are updated and closed correctly.
  • Coordinate emergency changes and support emergency CAB meetings when necessary.
  • Track failed changes and production impacts, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
  • Support Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
  • Produce management reports and performance indicators covering success rates, compliance, and process adherence.
  • Act as a reference point for technical teams, providing guidance on Change Management requirements and controls.
