Requirements

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system rules, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Build and customize workflows, automations, and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and monitor integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using SOAP and REST technologies.
- Model data, entities, and relationships based on business processes and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and integration, proposing scalable and creative solutions to business challenges.
- Contribute to initiatives involving portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and other technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication and high-quality technical documentation.
