Requirements

- Strong understanding and practical application of workplace safety systems and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate independently.

- Strong risk-management skills to identify and manage operational or production risks.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with contracted service providers to ensure deliverables meet contract-management plans.
- Identify process, system, and procedure gaps to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to defined change-management programs under the guidance of program managers.
- Develop and monitor procedures for specific functional areas.
- Define and develop products and services that address customer requirements within established systems.
- Lead and deliver small to medium-sized projects within established program-management frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage operational risks within production processes.
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve consensus.
