Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, data strategy, marketing analytics, or healthcare analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Fluency in database and cloud platforms for data management (SQL, AWS).
- Experience building scalable analytical workflows and automating processes.
- Experience with marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and customer segmentation.
- Familiarity with search, social, digital behavior, and NLP datasets.
- Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets (claims, patient-level, referral) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to present complex findings to clients clearly.
- Strong statistical modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis skills.
- Curiosity and a bias toward innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Investigate complex business problems using structured and unstructured datasets.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal and external sources.
- Develop and automate scalable analytical workflows to improve efficiency.
- Prototype analyses using Python and AI-assisted workflows.
- Identify trends and strategic opportunities across healthcare marketing data.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, story-driven insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategists, creative, and account teams to influence growth strategies.
