Job Details

Experience: At least 3 years of insurance-related experience, preferably in an analytical role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3 years of insurance-related experience, preferably in an analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau.
Strong knowledge of Excel functions including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
Experience with SQL including joins, lag/lead functions, case statements, and basic data modeling.
Familiarity with DAX for Power BI or VisQL for Tableau.
Basic experience with UiPath or Power Automate for task automation.
General understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance (Home, Auto, Commercial).
Strong analytical skills regarding underwriting, premium, and loss ratio analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight timeframes.
Designated remote workspace free from noise with high-speed internet.

Assist in generating on-demand reports and creating standardized reporting templates for management.
Support the premium leakage initiative to increase company profitability.
Collaborate with AIS leaders to identify data support needs for process improvements and system changes.
Create, monitor, and analyze recurring reports regarding productivity, system behavior, and call handling.
Utilize tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Winbroker II, Amazon Connect, and Taske to gather and present data.
Support the Data Analyst Team Lead in administrating departmental goals.
