Job Details

20+ years of progressively responsible experience in environmental consulting, site investigation, and remediation.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Extensive experience with groundwater, soil, soil vapor, and sediment contamination.
Technical expertise in petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and metals remediation.
Proven track record of managing complex environmental remediation projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and remediation programs.
Demonstrated experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and financial performance management.
Proven ability to cultivate senior-level client relationships and drive business development.
Entrepreneurial mindset for market expansion and practice growth.
PE or PG registration preferred.

Generate annual net revenue exceeding $750,000 through client development and project pursuits.
Develop and maintain strategic client relationships throughout California.
Lead proposal development, client interviews, and contract negotiations.
Oversee environmental site investigation and remediation projects from planning to regulatory closure.
Provide senior-level technical expertise in groundwater, soil, and vapor contamination remediation.
Mentor and develop technical staff across the organization.
Manage the preparation and quality of technical reports and regulatory submittals.
Represent the firm at industry conferences and professional associations.
