Requirements
- At least six years of progressively more responsible experience in major litigation support projects.
- At least one year of Project Manager experience or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start.
- Expert knowledge of litigation support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and e-discovery.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with attorneys on complex support activities.
- User-level knowledge of eDiscovery tools and data management.
- Working knowledge of the Government's IT environment, office automation networks, PC-based databases, and internet/server-based databases.
- Working knowledge of contractor standard solutions for eDiscovery, such as Clearwell and Relativity.
- Outstanding writing, oral communication, and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all Document Center resources, including subordinate Project Manager staff and other staff.
- Consult with the COR and Government Case Managers regarding overall Document Center operations, scheduling, work assignments, staffing, progress reporting, and security.
- Manage an individual caseload in Document Centers that support more than one case.
- Ensure overall quality assurance and timeliness of delivery for all work performed out of the Document Center.
- Perform overall coordinating functions with other Contractor components.
