Requirements
- Native fluency in WordPress admin, including media, users, roles, and permalinks.
- Hands-on experience with WPBakery Page Builder rows, columns, and templates.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify visual layout breaks across devices.
- Proven ability to build HubSpot dashboards and custom reports from scratch.
- Expertise in end-to-end HubSpot email campaign production.
- Capability to lead client-facing Zoom training sessions.
- Strict adherence to written project briefs and ability to request clarification when needed.
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
- Experience with managed WordPress hosting such as Kinsta.
- Proficiency in configuring HubSpot forms and testing integration workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and refresh website pages using WPBakery Page Builder in staging environments.
- Load blog posts including images, SEO meta data, and internal links.
- Perform monthly site maintenance, including form testing and broken link checks.
- Create and maintain custom HubSpot dashboards and cross-object reports.
- Manage HubSpot email campaigns from template setup to scheduling.
- Execute monthly HubSpot admin tasks like user setup and record reassignment.
- Conduct Zoom walkthroughs and training sessions for client sales teams.
- Schedule social media posts and produce graphics from established templates.
