Requirements
- Hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Proficiency in CRM management, marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Experience with social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Veed, or Opus Clips.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work during U.S. PST business hours.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Create and maintain CRM automations, nurture sequences, email campaigns, and lead pipelines.
- Monitor workflows for errors, missed follow-ups, or automation gaps.
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
- Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.
- Coordinate calendars, project workflows, and task trackers to support executive leadership.
- Manage participant onboarding and communication for membership programs.
- Research ideal client profiles and build outreach databases for lead generation.
