Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, life science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in medical affairs, professional education, or a related medical device function.
- Direct experience managing physician education programs.
- Experience coordinating physician faculty or speaker programs in a regulated medical device environment.
- Strong scientific literacy in cardiovascular medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific information into clear educational content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Understanding of HCP engagement compliance, including contracting and regional industry codes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel approximately 30–40%, including internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HCP educational content aligned with the Medical Affairs evidence strategy.
- Manage daily operations of the Speakers Bureau, including faculty coordination and presentation reviews.
- Lead planning and execution of professional education activities at major cardiovascular congresses.
- Design educational modules addressing valve hemodynamics, flow restoration science, and clinical trial evidence.
- Develop digital learning approaches such as webinars and online case libraries.
- Collaborate with Compliance to ensure fair market value and transparency reporting requirements are met.
