Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluency in English for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, growth, campaign operations, or the Web3 industry.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and analysis.
- Strong data sensitivity with the ability to identify trends and uncover insights.
- Previous internship or project experience in campaign operations, marketing, internet products, or data analysis (preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (preferred).
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the Web3 ecosystem (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing global marketing campaigns to support various business objectives, including user acquisition, activation, trading growth, and retention.
- Support campaign design by defining campaign rules, task structures, reward mechanisms, user journeys, and campaign configurations.
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, UAT testing, validation of campaign pages and reward distribution, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency by maintaining campaign SOPs, operational documentation, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance by preparing daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports tracking metrics such as conversion rates and ROI.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance across different regions and channels to provide data-driven recommendations.
