Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Available to intern at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
- Have a solid foundation in machine learning and familiarity with models such as LR, GBDT, and DNN.
- Be proficient in Python.
- Have hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for data analysis and modeling.
- Have strong SQL skills and be able to independently extract and analyze database data.
- Familiarity with recommender systems, causal inference, reinforcement learning, or operations research/optimization is preferred.
- Prior experience in user growth, computational advertising, or search/recommendation systems is a plus.
- Experience with Uplift Modeling, Multi-Armed Bandit methods, or large-scale processing frameworks such as Spark or Flink is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-growth algorithm strategies, including user segmentation, intelligent recommendations, and incentive optimization.
- Build user lifecycle models for LTV prediction, churn warnings, and conversion prediction using user behavior data.
- Design and implement A/B testing experiments to evaluate growth strategies and guide iteration.
- Explore user characteristics and behavioral patterns using machine learning and causal inference.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to apply algorithmic capabilities to business growth.
