Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in an IT, software implementation, healthcare technology, or professional services environment.
- Working knowledge of project management practices: planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience with project financial management, revenue forecasting, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in Professional Services Automation (PSA) and project management systems (e.g., Klient PSA, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Certinia, Kantata).
- Experience preparing executive-level financial dashboards and project health reports.
- Strong analytical skills to identify financial variances and delivery issues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle concurrent projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- CAPM or PMP certification is preferred; candidates actively pursuing PMI certification are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on scope, budgets, and schedules.
- Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and RAID logs to provide visibility into project execution.
- Manage project financials, including budget tracking, revenue forecasting, effort estimates, and resource utilization.
- Analyze financial and operational variances, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on project health, financial performance, and resource metrics.
- Coordinate customer meetings, issue resolution, and project governance documentation.
- Identify and escalate resource conflicts or project risks with mitigation strategies.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
