Job Details

Customer-facing contact center experience.
Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
Knowledge of communication protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
Hands-on scripting/coding experience (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, Lex, and Call Center Routing.
Knowledge of automation tools and CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy).
Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
AWS Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate/Professional, or Solution Architect certifications.
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and positive client outcomes.
Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify the business case for moving to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in deep architectural discussions.
Facilitate business process reviews to document customer requirements and challenges.
Translate business goals into structured user stories for implementation teams.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to manage expectations.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to review and approve designs following best practices.
Generate project estimates and timelines for Statements of Work.
Deliver end-user training and documentation.
