Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Consultant, Functional Analyst, CRM Consultant, or related role.
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce implementations within federal or public sector environments.
- Strong business analysis capabilities (requirements elicitation, process modeling, user story creation).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into functional requirements.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience working on large, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or other relevant certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Salesforce delivery across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom CRM solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout discovery, design, development, and delivery.
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering workshops.
- Document current and future-state processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with stakeholder expectations.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario development and defect triage.
- Ensure compliance with federal governance, security, and data regulatory standards.
- Contribute to change management, including training materials and process documentation.
