Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience owning technical architecture and solution design.
- Experience leading development standards, code reviews, and deployment practices.
- Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and governor limits.
- Ability to articulate technical recommendations, tradeoffs, and risks to stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Salesforce Administrator for daily maintenance, configuration, and platform optimization.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and security settings.
- Serve as technical lead for complex projects, including estimating effort and managing development lifecycles.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Manage the Salesforce code repository, version control, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Mentor technical team members and establish development standards and design patterns.
- Perform root-cause analysis on complex integration and performance issues.
