Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of general application development and support experience.
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience.
- Hands-on development experience within a Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus environment.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop code for system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).
- Convert logical designs into efficient program code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, and Flows.
- Evaluate and test vendor-supplied software packages, patches, and upgrades.
- Partner with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator to guide system modifications and provide escalation support.
- Develop test plans, conduct unit/system testing, and participate in code reviews.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies using Jira and leverage Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare system design documents, technical reports, and user manuals.
- Perform on-call support and occasional weekend or evening deployments.
