Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Healthcare Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance or Accounting.
- Advanced understanding of mathematics and strong analytical ability.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to work under strict timelines to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to produce and explain financial and accounting reports.
- Understand basic financial and accounting concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to practical problems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, growth, and day-to-day responsibilities of Financial Analysts.
- Organize and compile data to create presentations detailing the company’s operating performance for senior and Board-level executives.
- Compile data for strategic analysis to predict opportunity costs, resource distribution, and other ad hoc requests.
- Assist in driving financial planning and analytics functions related to operating metrics.
- Participate in root cause analysis to recommend process enhancements to improve productivity.
- Coordinate department special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables.
