Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or people management experience within Talent Acquisition.
- Home health, hospice, or broader healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering with operational leaders and recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive recruiting results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and consultative partnership skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel up to 15% for meetings, career fairs, conferences, and other business needs.
- Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals supporting multiple markets and locations.
- Partner with Regional Presidents, Vice Presidents, and operational leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensure an exceptional "white glove" experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze market trends, talent supply and demand data, and recruiting metrics to inform workforce planning decisions.
- Promote and strengthen employer branding initiatives through digital recruiting, community outreach, and hiring events.
- Partner with hiring leaders to provide market insights, recruiting guidance, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, EEO, and affirmative action reporting requirements.
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern recruiting technologies and tools.
- Manage regional recruiting vendor relationships to maximize service quality and return on investment.
