Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services.
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong understanding of networking, identity management, and security principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networks, and storage.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager environments, including Autopilot and device compliance.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and identity management via Entra ID.
- Maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Implement and monitor security practices across servers and cloud resources using Defender and Sentinel.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolution for complex infrastructure and security issues.
