Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Proven experience managing 3PLs and fulfillment workflows.
- Direct experience working with overseas manufacturers.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate freight and supplier pricing.
- Experience building or improving operational systems that scale.
- Deep understanding of international supply chain, freight, and inventory planning.
- Proficiency in e-commerce ecosystems, specifically Shopify and Amazon.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Forecast demand and plan inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms with international suppliers.
- Manage air and sea freight logistics, comparing quotes and maintaining relationships with forwarders.
- Oversee 3PL and fulfillment processes to ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective order delivery.
- Sync inventory and resolve operational bottlenecks across Amazon and DTC channels.
- Develop SOPs, dashboards, and scalable processes to improve business efficiency.
