Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
At least 5 years of technical engineering or service experience.
Technical support experience with multifunction printers (MFPs) and networked products.
Expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical problems.
Experience with Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical escalation support.
Demonstrated experience delivering technical training and instruction to dealers, distributors, or service teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer hardware and connectivity concepts.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer, dealer, distributor, and training locations.

Provide advanced technical and non-technical support for escalated issues involving enterprise imaging, multifunction printers, and networked products.
Diagnose complex technical problems and work directly with dealer, distributor, and field teams to develop effective resolutions.
Deliver formal technical training, onboarding, certification programs, webinars, and seminars for service personnel.
Assess escalated issues and communicate significant trends or recurring problems to management.
Conduct regular visits to dealers, distributors, and customer locations to provide technical consultation and support.
Develop technical training materials and collaborate with curriculum teams to deliver comprehensive learning programs.
Monitor service performance metrics and recommend corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Manage the setup, inspection, and evaluation of internal or resale equipment.
