Job Details

3–7 years of professional software QA experience with web or SaaS applications.
Strong hands-on experience in exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing.
Demonstrated proficiency using AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) for testing tasks.
Strong AI judgment in prompt engineering and verifying AI-generated outputs.
Experience testing AI or LLM-based features for accuracy and consistency.
Experience writing/maintaining automated tests with tools like Playwright or Selenium.
Strong SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL, for data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience testing APIs directly using Postman, curl, or Bruno (HTTP, REST, JSON).
Expertise in web security testing (OAuth2, SAML, CSRF, XSS).
Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Familiarity with command-line tools, Git, and Jira.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Use AI-assisted workflows to analyze tickets and code changes, identify risks, and develop test charters.
Perform risk-based exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing across web dashboards and workflows.
Validate end-to-end document retrieval, parsing, and storage across external platforms.
Investigate backend functionality using API calls, SQL queries, and log monitoring tools like Grafana/Loki and Sentry.
Evaluate AI-powered features for accuracy, hallucinations, and robustness against adversarial inputs.
Test authentication, SSO, user roles, and data isolation to ensure secure information access.
Build and maintain targeted automated tests, reviewing AI-generated code for quality.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to establish testable acceptance criteria.
