Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
- Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
- Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Strong software engineering background (backend and/or full stack).
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and define scope for loosely defined projects.
- Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows (Bonus).
- Experience with infrastructure/DevOps tooling like Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform (Bonus).
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques (Bonus).
- Experience building observability tooling (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data.
- Implement a highly iterative process to quickly prototype, test, and validate AI-driven features with real users.
- Ship and evolve LLM- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, and developer workflows.
- Take full ownership of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
