- 2+ years in games QA
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in games QA, preferably at a game development studio.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Experience with all, or most, PC and console gaming platforms.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining robust test plans.
- Solid understanding of the game development process.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong knowledge of the PowerWash Simulator franchise (desirable).
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo certification requirements (desirable).
- Experience coordinating internal and external QA teams (desirable).
- At least one title supported from concept to release (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously toward objectives set for the role.
- Review feature or content specifications to create detailed test plans.
- Monitor feature and content health, providing regular reports.
- Investigate high-risk bugs and perform risk assessments for bug triage prioritization.
- Mentor and support the professional development of junior QA team members.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of internal QA processes.
