Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role or equivalent education.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving capability to handle challenging situations.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients to establish trust and rapport.
- Assess potential client situations and present the best course of action.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across phone, text, chat, and email platforms.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain diligent follow-up throughout the intake process.
- Collaborate with the team while maintaining autonomy to manage independent tasks.
- Transition newly retained clients to the assigned case handling team.
