Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in SOC, Blue Team, IR, or DFIR roles.
- Strong technical foundation in networking protocols (HTTP/S, TLS) and Windows/Linux systems.
- Proficiency with EDR/XDR tools (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon) and SIEM platforms.
- Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with SOAR playbook creation and API-based automation.
- Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Basic knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Effective communication skills and ability to perform under time pressure.
- Experience in mentoring team members and working in collaborative environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage security incidents independently from triage and analysis to coordination of remediation actions.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting sessions and analyze network traffic.
- Develop and tune detection rules in SIEM and EDR/XDR platforms.
- Create and modify SOAR playbooks to automate routine security tasks.
- Mentor entry and junior analysts through knowledge sharing and training.
- Support client onboarding and contribute to SOC operational model improvements.
