Requirements
- Proven experience building and improving IT/Security operations in growing organizations.
- Hands-on depth in identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Deep understanding of endpoint management and remote device provisioning.
- Experience implementing automation for manual IT processes (scripting, APIs, workflow tools).
- Working knowledge of SaaS governance and vendor license management.
- Familiarity with security auditing, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong ability to communicate technical security concepts to diverse business stakeholders.
- Business-minded approach to prioritizing security risks proportionate to organizational size.
Responsibilities
- Own internal identity and access, including Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, and least-privilege principles.
- Build a definitive inventory of SaaS tools to optimize licensing, purchasing, and renewal processes.
- Define and maintain IT and security policies, turning them into technical controls and staff training.
- Manage trust and assurance processes, including security questionnaires and audit readiness for certifications like Cyber Essentials.
- Oversee the secure provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management of the device fleet.
- Lead incident response processes for corporate IT and security, ensuring clear ownership and resolution.
