Requirements
- Significant experience building and improving IT/Security operations for scaling companies.
- Deep hands-on expertise in identity and access management.
- Proficiency in endpoint management and security configurations.
- Experience with SaaS governance and vendor/license management.
- Strong background in audit, security certifications, and compliance.
- Ability to define and implement incident response processes.
- Experience with automation and scripting to reduce manual IT administration.
- Confident communication skills to engage with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Business-minded approach to risk management and security trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain IT and security policies, processes, and controls.
- Build and automate identity and access management workflows including Google Workspace and SSO.
- Manage the internal software estate, including SaaS procurement, renewals, and retirement.
- Establish security governance including vulnerability management, incident response, and audit readiness.
- Manage the device fleet lifecycle, ensuring secure provisioning and patching.
- Collaborate with Legal and Data Protection advisors on security and privacy initiatives.
