Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare SaaS, value-based care, Medicare Advantage, quality measurement, or risk adjustment.
- Deep understanding of provider and provider office workflow and behavior drivers.
- Effective executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytics acumen with experience translating data into strategic narratives.
- Ability to operate as an internal advisor across Solution, Analytics, Commercial, and Executive teams.
- Strong pattern recognition skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise adoption of frameworks without direct execution authority.
Responsibilities
- Define and scale enterprise payer-facing value narratives across all solutions.
- Establish standardized ROI methodologies and defensibility criteria.
- Design and institutionalize executive storytelling frameworks and EBR templates.
- Develop scalable ROI frameworks and maintain a defensible, analytics-backed case study library.
- Synthesize industry and regulatory changes (e.g., Medicare Advantage) into actionable insights.
- Enable cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, on value-based messaging.
- Lead value-related portions of executive client conversations with payer stakeholders.
