Requirements
- 4-7 years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong programming experience with Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
- Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with caching technologies such as Redis.
- Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming/messaging platforms.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong production-debugging and performance-optimization skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop high-performance REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement Fire TV IAP purchase and subscription workflows.
- Integrate with app stores, payment providers, and external platform APIs.
- Design reliable, idempotent transaction-processing systems.
- Handle retries, failures, reconciliation, and eventual consistency across distributed services.
- Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows using messaging systems.
- Optimize service latency, throughput, scalability, and infrastructure utilization.
- Improve observability through logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
