Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development with a focus on Java and AWS technologies.
- Strong experience in building and operating low latency, high scale services in a distributed environment.
- Proficient in Java programming and its ecosystem.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with distributed data systems (Kafka, Clickhouse).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle) and agile development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS technologies.
- Collaborate with the product management, frontend, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure smooth integration.
- Optimize and enhance existing services to achieve maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system to ensure optimal resource utilization and stability.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor the health and performance of backend services and mitigate issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
