Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 4-6+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.
- Strong scripting and programming skills.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Experience working in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using automation tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
- Build and improve robust CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, high-confidence release cycles.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, availability, reliability, and security.
- Participate in incident response efforts, conduct post-mortem analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Define and enforce rigorous SLAs for system availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capacity planning and infrastructure scaling.
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new technologies and processes.
