Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting federal grants management or grant programs.
  • Experience working with grants management systems.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects, workgroups, or program workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting, federal agency, government program, or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support complex federal grants management activities.
  • Coordinate multiple workgroups and cross-functional workstreams, ensuring activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Support program planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with federal program staff, internal teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Use grants management systems and related tools to track applications, awards, reporting, data, and program activities.
  • Apply knowledge of federal grants processes and requirements to identify issues, develop solutions, and support program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, status reports, meeting materials, documentation, and other program deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings and workgroups, document decisions and action items, and follow through on commitments.
