Requirements
- Clinician with 1+ years of post-residency clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing or evaluating AI/ML solutions in a clinical or research context.
- Hands-on experience working with large language models.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain clinical nuance to engineers and technical tradeoffs to clinicians.
- Strongly preferred: Experience designing and executing clinical or scientific research.
- Strongly preferred: Familiarity with IRB processes, state medical boards, or FDA regulatory frameworks.
- Strongly preferred: Background in software development or clinical informatics.
Responsibilities
- Define clinical standards and safety guardrails for AI-augmented primary care models and products.
- Contribute to provider and patient-facing AI applications, including building multi-agent architectures for acute and chronic care management.
- Translate clinical best practices and guidelines into structured logic for grounding large language models (LLMs).
- Lead or co-author clinical research publications in top-tier journals.
- Collaborate across AI, product, design, and operations teams, communicating clinical concepts to non-clinical audiences.
