Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B corporate hospitality and global event management.
- Experience managing end-to-end logistics including itineraries, accommodations, and international transport.
- Proficiency in managing complex, multi-currency budgets and SOWs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for advising and retaining high-value executive-level clients.
- Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to implement standardized, scalable execution frameworks and project plans.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal creative, digital, procurement, and finance teams.
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Full authorization and readiness to travel internationally for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s global events and hospitality portfolio.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the client for end-to-end management of complex programs.
- Guide initiatives from strategy and planning through to execution.
- Cultivate team growth, mentor direct reports, and lead cross-functional execution teams.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to champion innovation and internal alignment.
- Oversee complex logistics including itineraries, transport, and accreditation.
