- Experience in pricing, portfolio management, or commercial product management.
- Background in UK retail banking, fintech, or fast-paced consumer finance.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience driving commercial decisions using data.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Python, Jupyter).
- Ability to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Experience working in a product-led, digital-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance against commercial targets and diagnose drivers of deposit movements.
- Analyze pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data to model growth vs. profitability trade-offs.
- Size and model the commercial impact of strategic initiatives to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Product squads to provide clarity on pricing and balance sheet impacts.
- Build, maintain, and improve core pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
- Lead competitor and macro-economic analysis to recommend pricing shifts.
