Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence, analytics, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Domo, or Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools for financial analysis and process efficiency.
- Ability to identify root causes of business performance issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to non-financial audiences.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Experience in professional services, engineering, construction, consulting, or project-based businesses is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor to Operations on financial matters, partnering with Business Unit Leaders and Division Managers.
- Identify and lead initiatives that improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to drive strategic decision-making.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Lead pricing analysis and decision support for the business units.
- Partner with leaders to conduct budget-to-actual project reviews and evaluate revenue and margins.
- Drive the use of business intelligence and reporting tools such as DOMO and HubSpot.
- Manage and develop a Financial Analyst, including performance management and career development.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance financial analysis and forecasting processes.
